Agency Entertainment Works is a professional talent agency based in Western Sydney, representing a diverse range of performers aged 2 years through to adults across Australia. We supply talent for TV commercials (TVCs), film, television, screen acting, modelling, professional dance work and international performance contracts.

While our office is based in Seven Hills, Western Sydney, we proudly represent talent Australia-wide, working with casting directors, production companies and entertainment providers nationally and internationally.

Rachel Betros

Rachel's career in the performing arts spans over 10 years.
As a dancer, Rachel has performed in numerous cabarets, danced on stages all across Australia and completed full-time contracts with Universal Studios and R.W.S.

After working as a Professional dancer, Rachel's career moved into modelling, choreography and teaching.

Rachel has choreographed for numerous televised performances and modelled for international and Australian brands.

Most recently, Rachel spent 2024-2025 travelling the world on a stadium tour and as a backup dancer for a Bollywood singer, Anirudh.

Since coming back, Rachel became passionate about using her experience to guide and nurture the young emerging artists she represents. Fuelled by her love for the Performing Arts and desire to create a safe, nurturing environment, she is committed to helping young artists thrive on their journeys.

DAVID CAMM

David Camm is a prominent choreographer, performer, casting agent, and costume designer based in Sydney, Australia. With over ten years of teaching experience, he is dedicated to nurturing emerging artists.

His global performing career includes notable roles like Jay in the New Zealand tour of Saturday Night Fever and appearances in The Island of Dr. Moron. He has showcased his talents with Carnival and MSC Cruise Lines and at The Great Gatsby Cabaret in China.

David has thrived in Bollywood films, cabaret shows, theme parks, music videos, and corporate events across Australia. He also manages tours for Indian pop stars and designs costumes for top Australian performers, collaborating with Carnival Cruise Line and P&O Cruises.

His choreography credits include Channel Ten's Good News Week, NRL entertainment, and high-profile corporate events. He has worked on advertising campaigns for major brands like Disney and Qantas, producing extravagant corporate entertainment for leading Chinese hotel chains.

As the owner and director of Entertainment Works Performing Arts Studios in Seven Hills, David passionately inspires and mentors new talents, leaving a significant mark on the performing arts industry.
